This Saturday is the day: I’m branching out on my own and hosting my first official culinary workshop!
I was in my kitchen tonight practicing the entree, a sweet potato gnocchi.
Don’t mind me, I’m just that lady alone at home talking to myself and reminding an imaginary audience to mash the sweet potato until it’s fluffy, to mix in the flour gradually, to thoroughly salt the pasta water, and to watch the pan while the butter browns. 😉
I’m so excited for this weekend! I’ll be back with a post-class report.
