Hello to my little neglected corner of the internet. It’s been a whirlwind few months but I hope to get back on the regular posting bandwagon.
To start with, here’s a peek at one recent meal I made that wasn’t exactly carbon neutral, but was waste conscious in its own way.
Yes, this is my travel backpack full of clothes and produce. Naturally. Earlier this spring I spent several days in NC where we had a wonderful lake house retreat filled with puzzles, kayaking, reading aloud from the family history book, hiking, and home cooked meals. Some of the food didn’t get cooked so it flew home with me.
All I had to do was supplement with some salmon and ta da. The finished product was delicious!
